Care consultation: $150/hr

Group therapy: $40/hr

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also offer nature-based (walk and talk) and expressive arts therapies. These are billed at the same hourly rate.

​I am in-office on Thursdays and Fridays.

​​I am contracted with several insurance companies, including Premera, Aetna, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield and Regence. I use Headway to verify and process insurance benefits.

Some people choose not to access insurance benefits because they do not want to be attached to a diagnosis, or they do not want to worry about needing meeting a 'medically-necessary' standard in order to access services. 

​

If you DO want to use insurance but I am not in-network with your provider, you may choose to private pay and submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. I will provide everything you need in order to do this.

I have a limited number of reduced rate (50%) slots I can offer to clients who are uninsured or underinsured.
