I provide individual therapy for adults18+. I specialize in anxiety, neurodivergence, and relational trauma. I also provide care consultation to people seeking support with neurodivergent parenting or elder care.

Groups are a passion project of mine, but finding an appropriate space for group support is a work in progress. I most frequently offer groups on aging-related anxiety and depression.

I have a strong preference for in-person therapy, but I can provide telehealth services if needed. I currently work in office on Thursdays and Fridays, and have very limited availability for evenings.

Individual therapy: $150/hr

Care consultation: $150/hr

Group therapy: $50/ session

I have a limited number of reduced fee (50%) slots available for clients who are uninsured or underinsured.

I am in-network with several insurance companies, including Aetna, Premera, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Optum, Medicare (United Healthcare only)
