My approach to therapy is strength-based and client-centered. I believe that growth is not linear, and that our greatest leaps happen when we are able to change perspective, shed labels, and gain confidence in our own self-expression.

My work is informed by several therapeutic modalities, including including narrative and expressive therapies, internal family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

I find labels to be...well, stigmatizing. And, also, when applied correctly and empathically, getting a diagnosis is often a critical component of self-discovery and healing.
What you will find that we spend most of our time together in curiosity, seeking to understand you and your situation in context, so that we can explore new ways for you to find healing and relief.
